Our products are labeled For Research Use Only because they are not intended for any purpose other than scientific and academic research and should not be used in product manufacturing or for human consumption. By purchasing our products you agree that you understand this intent and will comply. We are not liable for any misuse outside of this intended purpose. How long does shipping take?

We only ship using Canada Post National Prepaid Boxes, so all orders should arrive within 2–7 business days.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

We do not send out tracking numbers, but if 3 business days have passed and your order hasn’t arrived, we can check the tracking and update you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept cryptocurrency (BTC & ETH) as payment.
